Wedding Film Brochure

First of all, congratulations on your engagement! I appreciate how overwhelming it can be planning a wedding and choosing those all important vendors to trust your big day to, so thank you for considering me. In this brochure, I will run through my process and try to answer any questions you might have about how this all works.

I’m Agne

This is me, hello, nice to meet you.

I’ve been filming weddings since 2013 and feel right at home on a wedding day. I’m often told I bring a calm and reassuring presence with good humour and friendly familiarity.

I love a DIY project and will always try to make it myself before I spend money on something new.

I’m a mum to a cheeky little girl and an even cheekier grey Staffy.

Sustainability is a big part of my life, I always try to take the eco-route wherever I can. As a business, Agne Harris Films has been offsetting their carbon and supporting climate positive projects with Ecologi since 2020.

My Approach

Having grown up filming my friends and family with a camcorder from the age of about 10, my work is very inspired by that nostalgic feeling we get when looking back at our own home videos. I am all about capturing the natural moments between people.

Every couple is different and everyone’s love is different, and the best way to capture that in a film is to stand back and let it unfold. I treat every wedding as a completely standalone project, making sure that I capture who YOU are and not try to fit you into a template.

Blending into the crowd is what I do best, to be able to catch those moments - the laughs, the tears, the goofy faces and heartfelt hugs, without making your guests feel intimidated by my presence. At the end of the day, I treat my wedding films as cinematic documentaries as opposed to Hollywood film productions.

My absolute goal is that when you watch your film, and eventually show it to your children and grandchildren, you can say - this is completely us. 

My Process

A couple of weeks before the wedding, we will sit down over Zoom and have a little chat about your day. You can tell me all your plans in detail, and we’ll run over any questions that may arise.

On the day, I normally arrive around 2-3 hours before your ceremony to film you getting ready. I base myself with one partner, but will also step out to capture the other partner and their party getting ready if they're within a 10-minute drive away.

If weather allows I will fly my drone to capture some shots of your venue from above.

I’m there with you for 9 hours. Once you’ve had your first dance I film the dance floor for another hour or so and then bid my farewells!

If you have added the optional 1min teaser trailer to your package, you will receive this in the week after your wedding, so you’ve got a little something to look back on and share while the day is still fresh in your minds. 

I will get in touch with you just as I’m starting to edit your final film(s). This will be the last time when you can upgrade your package to a longer film. Delivery date is typically 3-6 months after the wedding.

The Film

A wedding film is the closest you’ll get to hopping in a DeLorean and going back in time to relive your wedding day. I carefully craft the best parts of your footage into a cinematic time capsule, interlacing the speeches throughout footage of you and your loved ones to tell the story of not just your day, but you as a couple.

The film lengths I offer are long enough to convey the feeling of the day but not too long as to bore the socks off anyone you show it to.

You can add a 1min teaser trailer to your package for £200 which is released in the week after your wedding. This is something you can share with your friends and remember the day by while you wait for your final films to be completed.

Some packages include a Ceremony film and a Speeches Film. Just as it sounds, these come as standalone films, typically filmed with 3 cameras.

Drone footage is included in all packages.

Over the years I’ve found the best 3 formats for a wedding film

- a 5-6 minute film features the absolute best gems from the day to watch over and over again, including the biggest moments from your ceremony and speeches.

- a 10-12 minute film is that little bit longer to include more of your day.

- a 15-18 minute film for those who want to cuddle up on the sofa and relive their day to the absolute fullest!

No matter the package you book, I always make sure to film more than enough on the day to give you the option to upgrade your package to a longer film (or add on Ceremony or Speeches) after your wedding.

I hate leaving so much unseen footage from your day on the cutting room floor so have recently decided to include a RAW footage edit in my Silver and Gold packages. This is a rough and ready film straight out of the camera, simply all of your footage with the natural camera audio. It’s a wonderfully private experience to be able to see so much more of your day back, but without any of the editing.
